Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of products by Trisense OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") to the purchaser ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms

1.2. Scope of Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products and services provided by the Company to the Customer. Any amendments or modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
1.3. Order Acceptance:
By submitting an order through our website or other channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Information and Specifications
2.1. Product Descriptions:
All product descriptions, specifications, and prices listed on our website or other sales materials are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments or updates as necessary. Product availability may vary.
2.2. Customer Responsibility for Specifications:
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the product meets their specifications before placing an order. This includes verifying size, features, configuration, and any other requirements. If you are unsure about product specifications, we recommend contacting our customer support team before proceeding with the order.
2.3. Custom and Configurable Products:
Some products may be configurable or custom-assembled to order based on the Customer’s specifications. These products are made specifically for the Customer and, as such, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in processing. The Customer must confirm all configurations before placing an order.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. Order Process:
Orders are placed through our website or directly with our sales team. Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order but serves as acknowledgment of its receipt.
3.2. Pricing:
All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to VAT (if applicable) and other relevant taxes. Prices may be updated without prior notice.
3.3. Payment Terms:
Payment for Products must be made according to the payment method provided at the time of order placement. All payments must be made in full before the order is shipped unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery location, size, and weight of the products. The Customer will be notified of shipping costs at the time of checkout.
4.2. Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times are provided on request or in product quote but are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The Company will not be responsible for any damages or losses caused by delays in delivery.
4.3. Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer once the product has been delivered to the shipping address.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Return Eligibility:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is in "as new" condition, including original packaging, tags, and manuals.
The product is not a custom or configurable item, which cannot be returned unless defective.
The product has not been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
5.2. Non-returnable Items:
Custom and Configurable Products: Products that are made or assembled specifically to the Customer's specifications, including custom configurations or bespoke designs, cannot be returned. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the product meets their needs and requirements before placing the order.
Calibration or Service Charges: Any charges related to product calibration, installation, or service are non-refundable.
5.3. Return Process:
If you wish to return a product, you must contact our customer support team at info@trisense.ee to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions for the return shipment, including the return address.
5.4. Return Shipping Costs:
The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was incorrectly shipped.
5.5. Inspection and Restocking Fees:
Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be inspected by the manufacturer or our team. The return will be processed only if the product is in acceptable condition. Any restocking or repackaging fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund. If the product is deemed unsuitable for return, the Customer will be notified.
5.6. Credit or Refund:
Credit: If the return is accepted, the Customer will be issued a store credit or refund (subject to applicable fees), which will be processed within 30 days.
Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Calibration or service charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
6.1. Manufacturer Warranties:
All products sold by the Company come with the manufacturer's standard warranty, where applicable. The warranty details will be provided with the product or available upon request.
6.2. Limitation of Liability:
The Company’s liability to the Customer for any claim related to the purchase of products is limited to the price paid for the product. The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury.
7. Cancellation of Orders
7.1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately before shipment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
7.2. Order Cancellation by Company:
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to payment issues, product availability, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Customer.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

In case of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. Amendments:
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will apply to all future orders.
10.2. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
