- The YMM alibi memory will be fitted into your balance as a Factory Option and is used for paperless archiving of weighing results, such as, for example, date, time, alibi ID, weight (net, gross, tare)
- All data transferred to the PC is stored with date, time and all important weights for at least three months and then overwritten. These data strings can be displayed or read out on the balance at any time. They can be deleted but not altered
- Through the integrated YMM alibi memory, results from weighings which require mandatory verification can also be analysed electronically and processed further in the proper manner. For weighings where verification is mandatory, and which are to be analysed and processed by a PC, electronic archiving is required by weights and measures laws in terms of consumer protection through a verifiable data memory which cannot be manipulated. This is the case, for example, when a delivery note is printing out using a PC, instead of using printer which is connected directly to a balance
